We want you to love every timepiece in your collection, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn watches in their original packaging. Please note that certain limited edition releases and mystery box items may be subject to final sale terms.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Watch Gang account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Timepiece

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all manuals, tags, and protective plastics intact to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
